Are you an intermediate or advanced surfer? Tired of group surf classes without individual feedback or tips? Do you have the feeling that you are stuck on the same level? We can help you improve your surfing!

Who we are
We are three passionate surfers from Spain, the Netherlands and Germany with lots of experience in surf coaching.

What we offer

• Classes in EN | ES | DE | NL
• One on one coaching, the coach will focus only on you. You want to surf with your friends? No problem either. Classes of up to three people are possible upon your request.
• The core element of our coaching is an extensive analysis of your surfing skills. We will film you while you surf, analyse your key improvement opportunities and provide tips and training exercises to help you reach your goals.
• We also provide land based training or surfskate training.
• For the real ambitious surfer we can create an individualised training plan including surf drills, land based exercises, surf skate exercises, general fitness training, nutrition requirements and more.

video analysis

In our opinion video analysis is by far the best method to help you progress your surfing. On video we can break down your movements into their relevant parts. This way we can show you exactly where the opportunities are to improve your skills.

A filming session will take approximately 1 1/2 hours. Depending on your level and wishes and the conditions in the water we may call you out of the water to give immediate feedback and provide you with some specific exercises to work on.

After your surf we will take around 30 minutes to analyse your waves and point out your key improvement opportunities. And of course we will provide you with tips and training exercises to progress your surfing to the next level.

Please note: We do not provide surfing material. You should bring your own board and wetsuit.

surfskate

Surfskates (such as Carver, YOW, SmoothStar and SwellTech) have rapidly increased in popularity among both progressing and professional surfers. And not without reason!

With a surfskate you can practice movement patterns repetitively on land so that your muscle memory will be able to recall it when surfing this one perfect wave of the session. People who start practicing with a surfskate, typically see their surfing skills improve immensely over a short period of time. But only if they're using the surfskate the right way.

We can show you the right techniques and explain which movement patterns actually transfer to the water. For any of the major surfing manoeuvres we can provide you with an appropriate surfskate exercise. Of course we will also use our camera to film you and provide direct feedback on your exercises.

If you do not have your own surfskate we can provide you with one.

About us

We would like to use the opportunity and tell you a little about ourselves. We are three friends from Spain, the Netherlands and Germany, spending most of the year in beautiful El Palmar, Cádiz. Each of us fell in love with the ocean and got addicted to surfing at some point during our lives. No wonder we chose to live in this beautiful town and dedicate our lives to surfing and teaching others how to surf.

We have several years of experience in surf coaching at all different levels: from total beginners to advanced surfers. At the beginning of 2020 we did the ISA Level 2 Surf Instructor course progressing our coaching skills to a next level. And we want to apply these skills to you!
